Before you write
- Tell us your device model, Android or iOS version and the NPV Tunnel version (shown at the top of the app).
- Include the last lines of the Logs tab when you report a connection problem. Remove any passwords or server addresses first.
- Check the FAQ and the connection troubleshooting guide; most issues are covered there.
We cannot provide VPN servers, free configs or passwords for locked config files. Never share your config or credentials in a public message.
